You can book directly through our website using the Book Now button, call our reservations team at +91 98765 43211, or email bookings@sandyresort.in. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for peak season stays.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the first night's deposit. No-shows are charged for the full reservation. Special rates and packages may have different policies.

There is no minimum stay requirement for standard bookings. However, during peak season (December–January) and long weekends, a minimum of 2 nights may apply for certain room categories.

Standard check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Yes, Sandy Resort is a fully non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available in the outdoor gardens. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in any room.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort — in all rooms, common areas, restaurants and the spa. Wi-Fi credentials are provided at check-in.

We love animals but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at Sandy Resort, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact us before your stay if you require special assistance.

All rooms include complimentary breakfast for two, Wi-Fi, access to the swimming pool and fitness centre, and use of beach loungers. Some suites include additional benefits — please refer to the individual room descriptions.

Sandy Resort features two dining venues: The Coastal Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on fresh seafood and traditional Tamil cuisine. The Sunset Lounge offers cocktails and light bites with panoramic ocean views. Room service is available 24 hours.

Absolutely. Our kitchen caters for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Jain and other dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Spa treatments can be booked through the concierge at the resort or in advance by emailing hello@sandyresort.in. We recommend booking spa sessions at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season.
