Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any services at Sandy Resort. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1 Booking Confirmation — A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Sandy Resort reserves the right to release unconfirmed reservations.

1.2 Deposit — A deposit of 50% of the total room charge is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.

1.3 Accepted Payment Methods — We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking and cash in Indian Rupees. Foreign currency is accepted at the prevailing exchange rate.

1.4 Pricing — All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy — Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.

2.2 No-Show Policy — Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for the full reservation.

2.3 Early Departure — If you depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, you will be charged for the full duration of your original booking.

2.4 Force Majeure — Sandy Resort will not be liable for any cancellation or modification required due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics or government orders.

3.1 Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3.2 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged at 50% of the daily rate per additional period.

3.3 Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.

3.4 Sandy Resort reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card for incidental charges upon check-in.

4.1 Sandy Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

4.2 Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Guests are requested to be considerate of other guests during these hours.

4.3 Sandy Resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive or a nuisance to other guests or staff.

4.4 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

4.5 Pets are not permitted at Sandy Resort, with the exception of certified service animals.

5.1 Sandy Resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal property. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

5.2 Sandy Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from a guest's stay.

5.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
